Currently, we only accept request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect items for order(s) placed on sg.sulwhasoo.com. We do not accept exchanges for purchases made online through sg.sulwhasoo.com. Samples and gifts with purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
Replacement item(s) may be offered by Sulwhasoo, subjected to assessment. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item(s).
