Every $1 spent at Sulwhasoo is equivalent to 1 SWS point, where your membership points can be exchanged for Sulwhasoo products or services.
Items offered in the redemption program are subjected to availability and Sulwhasoo reserves the right to replace any item with a similar one in value.
Each customer is limited to redeem for two of the same products in a single redemption per day.
Loyalty points earned must be utilized within 12 months from join date and may not be carried forward to the next membership year.
Once loyalty points are redeemed, it is deemed consumed and may not be reinstated to member’s account.
Upon points redemption, the selection of redemption products cannot be amended further or changed to another tier. Redeemed products are not exchangeable for other products and/ or cash.
Upon arrival of redeemed products, members will be notified and collection must be done within 3 months of notification else it will be deemed forfeited and points will not be reinstated.
Un-utilized amount on letter of redemption will be forfeited upon membership expiry.
Birthday gift redemption and double points accumulation is limited to 1 redemption per customer, and is only valid in the customer's birthday month.
Points are awarded for all Sulwhasoo products purchased at all Sulwhasoo counters in department stores and Sulwhasoo Boutique(s) in Singapore, excluding duty-free outlets.
Points and privileges (including complimentary services) are non-transferrable and may be consumed by the member only.
Sulwhasoo reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of Sulwhasoo Membership program without prior notice.
